
Regular maintenance of your HVAC and Plumbing systems is needed to maintain efficiency and overall longevity. Williams Heating & Air offer maintenance plans to cover these systems for you. Details on these plans are below:
- Repair charges necessary to correct defects discovered by this maintenance will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser
- The term of this agreement shall be automatically renewable unless cancelled by either party on a 60-day written notice
- This is a one year agreement with 2 visits per year; paid each visit
- Payment for maintenance inspection per this agreement will be prepaid
- When calling for service, please identify yourself as a maintenance agreement holder
- No overtime charges, 24/7 same day service on emergency system repairs
- 10% off entire ticket through the year
- Preferred emergency service scheduling – you automatically go to the front of the line
- Lubricating, adjusting and cleaning keeps your heating and cooling system running at peak trouble-free efficiency
Plan A will cover a complete split system, package unit, furnace, air handler, AC or HP split system.
Furnace or Air Handler
- System diagnostic check
- Check thermostat operation
- Clean burners
- Check and adjust all safety controls
- Clean flame sensor
- Clean and check ignition system
- Check fan control center
- Inspect vent system
- Check circulating blower operation
- Lubricate as required
- Check for gas leak at furnace
- Check burner operation
- Check filter operation
- Inspect heating section for safety defects
- Check gas valve operation
- Cycle system to confirm proper operation
Air Conditioner or Heat Pump Split
- System diagnostic check
- Check operation pressures
- Check for visual signs of refrigerant leaks
- Check voltage and amps to all motors
- Lubricate as required
- Check blower operation
- Check all working connections
- Check thermostat operation
- Clean condensing coil
- Check pressure controls
- Check temperature drop at evaporator coil
- Inspect starting contactor
- Check filter condition
- Check safety controls
- Check and flush condensate drains
- Cycle system to confirm proper operation
Plan B will cover your plumbing system preventative maintenance.
- System diagnostics check on all piping
- Check toilet flush valves for operation
- Flush tanked water heater sediment
- Clean water heater burners
- Check water heater ignition
- If tankless, flush with pump/service water heater
- Check for gas leaks at water heater
- Inspect vent system
- Inspect water lines for leaks
- Check water meter leak indicator for any water leaks
- Check drain lines for stoppage
- Jet sewer line for additional $40
- Use camera on any drain to see if pipe is broken and/or to locate where main is underground with locator for additional $40
Minimum 1 year agreement
Plan C will cover your HVAC and plumbing systems
- Plumbing piping check
- Meter leak protection
- Service tankless water heater, gas tanked, or all electric water heaters
- Inspect HVAC electrical parts
- Check circulator pump if affect-able (lubricate)
- Check entire house for gas leaks
- Check toilet and sinks
- Check fill control, backflow, exterior tank
- Inspect entire HVAC system
- Check house to make sure and confirm HVAC and plumbing systems are in working order
- Clean HVAC unit coils
- Check pressure of refrigerant
- Check filter
Plan D covers commercial customers or customers with more than one unit.
Furnace or Air Handler
- System diagnostic check
